I miss only this. But if I go to the point where you should find in my main game there is no way to find the chest (I find only the one with other objects). If I start a new game I find the box with the component. Honestly I do not know what went wrong but is there a way to get this component? Even changing the save.

If that's the correct item, you may have previously reached the point in the plot where you sabotage Xenon stations with explosives before you went looking for the lock box at the Xenon station. If that is true, then unfortunately the sabotage explosion can open and destroy the lock box and contents for ever in vanilla (short of reloading to before the sabotage mission).

If it is a different Kha'ak relic item to that one then it is theoretically possible for weapons fire to hit and open a lock box and destroy the contents. This would be very rare though.

The good news is that the Ancients collection quest gives the same reward.
