[WIP] X Rebirth: The New Frontier

Hi Blackrain & team.
Over the weekend i had to reinstall XR do to some mods updating and stopping my mouse actions working in game.(Yep beets me too)
Now i'm getting these two files "CWiR NewFrontier (LostSectors)" & "CWiR NewFrontier (TO)" showing red and saying something on the lines that they are out of date.
Have had a look for them to no joy, any chance of someone placing a link to them Please.
I have placed this on the CWiR thread but no answers yet, so tiring here.

Hmm is anything wrong with the fighting with battle ships ?
i have order a ship to attak a station, the first run was good, but after the ship is jumped to another place in station range its does not shooting...
flys over or under the station and the station fires as hell, but the ship does nothing .. only fly around .. boosts a little bit.. stops return. flys another way.. but never again shooting to the station.
i have try booth commands, defend or attak in the defense officer settings, nothing helps.
or are thes "hundrets" of new Ships from Omycron Lyrea self bugged ?

as i say, this is happend after the first jump of the ship to another place to the station.
seems, that the captain fly his combat route, but the defense officer does nothing.

Update..
im dock to my capital ship and try to speak with the Defense officer... he has only the "Carrier" command...
nothing else...

Self with an OlmekronMK2
step 1 shoot down the plutarch ships in sektor was fine..
step 2 nothing.. not attaking the stations. fly around and let them self shoot down and does not fire back.. or only 2-4 weapons fires from the 200..
next step.. my ship stand beside the station.. and call me on help.. and fires not back
all weapans are ready.. shield is over 50%.. and the damm ships does nothing...
ok...
what files do i have to delete to make at least one standard ship against station fight possible again?
because that way it makes absolutely no sense, I can't conquer anything, because the own ships don't want to attack a station but just wait to be shot down without defending themselves.

Marvin said earlier in the thread that they are not used/called if the player does not have the DLC/MOD installed, so no worry. How about the other issue I reported: If I board said ship (a CV that I built but lost to ACME), I cannot recall the Marine Officer (and lost my marines with her). Now this is a serious issue, since that is over 1,000 point of Boarding Strength.

So a few questions ...
after a while of playing..
in many area's flying Xenon I and K with name TOR, TER
The area owner ignores them, only after i scann the ships they are change to Xenon and the Area Defending ships go to attak them.
now the question
Is this a bug or a feature that they fly around under a wrong Faction Name ?
and..
I think the I's are absolutley overpowered.
have seen a single I destroys 2 Arwan and a handfull of light Suls in Home of Light.
the Terra corp has absolutley no chance against them
Self with the defending of Albion.
may not even think what happens when they invade my home in DeVries. The fleet of the Canterans is considerable with about 100 Bigships (which are actually most underpowered L ships), but I fear 10 I's can completely wipe them out.
and the last one was the Xenon had 170 Bigships

i have read some unit_size_XL_Xenon_01,, macro files...
they have round 16 and the other 23mio hull strengh
(if i understand the xml things right..)
self the behemoth has only 10 mio ^^ most other ships self the ships in OL
havent the half . and the ships in Albion or Devries round 3-5 mio..
thats the problem.. the can shoot down the shilds with 2-3 arwan .. but they dont become the hull down.

the I have not so much weapons, yes hull is strong, but against a Simekron or greater not really a threat anymore
if you like to protect DeVries, buy some Ships and everything will be fine

Try it later on a new Xenon Station in Area 19 in HoL..
Damm Xenon now build Stations in HoL .. and deliver ther stations with cloaked K Freighters..
They build ther ships faster than i can destroy them...
i hope, the must build them ^^
i think the cloaking kills the balance..
yea.. the space isnt a pony farm ^^
Try it later on a new Xenon Station in Area 19 in HoL..

then are all patrols from NPcs completley unskilled. The Cloaked ships lies 1km beside of patrols...
Cloaked ships turns around the whole system in almost evry sector..
this is stupid...

i am the only one who killed them.. becaus as i say.. the patrolls of the Factions totaly ignore all thes hunrets of "scout" K - I and IMK3

All the cloaking dung must be removed or a way must be found to ensure that the cloaked ships can also be detected by the NPC sector guards.
But it's just my opinion..

Previously, I have problem with those mk5 shield/guns/Repeater Mk3 etc...
I have just completed the mission for the Repeater Mk3.
Here is what I think happens:
- Since stations are moved by the mods, only 3 stations that I know of can give the missions, and they are Dormant Bear, Big Giant and the Plutarch Architecturial station in FarOut. Turns out something was messed up, (probably because plot missions can only given by stations created by the vanilla game); I tried and the mission giver after accepting the Artifact, does not point me to a Mechanic to complete the mission.
Turns out that in 4.3, there are those Business Center ships in HoL that are both ships and stations and are NOT modified by the mod. And that why the completion mission works for me.

i think you massive overrate the benefit of the cover-feature
Say, there is an I under cover as TER. So I scan the ship, and reveal its Xenon identity.
It then fly away, and somehow restores its fake cover.
I cannot scan the covered I a second time (the scanning won't activate because the previous one already reveals the gun/ammo stats), and from then on, the I is permanently under cover.
