Yeah run into a very very annoying issue where I start boarding certain vessels and they end up just disappearing part way through the boarding process. Specifically after my marines land on the ship and start to cap it. I've already disabled the engines and jump drive on the ship/ships I wish to board but when the first 25% or 50% of the ship is taken over the ship just poof disappears. I never even sometimes get the cue for the 25 or 50% take over message on screen before it happens.

Now I've installed or had these mods updated recently but I for the life of me can't figure out WHY this keeps happening a few days ago I didn't encounter it so I assume one of the mods I added or one of the mods I had installed prior updated a serious borked something up.

The main ship I noticed doing this is the Titurel cause every time I try to cap it it just poofs on me along with my marines and the marine officer.

The last one I also have Marine Rebalance and Boarding options installed.

i hope you are aware what this one actually does, because if the boarding target ship somehow hits itself.... well, boom...

YES that was it... why the heck did I wait so long in order to seek out help with this UGH! Thanks UniTrader shame it has such a bug otherwise it's a good little script from keeping NPC friendlies from killing your boarding target.

Its not a Bug, its a Feature it "removes" everyone who attacks the Ship you want to board (except for the Player Ship)

okay I see sorta of joke script after all!
