Moving stuff from Build to just storage

This is a PITA.
Sometimes you need stuff in build storage and then its really hard to move it out to normal storage and vica versa...
Just add the abiiit to "transfer" stuff from build<->normal storage off a single command rather than messing around like you have to now.
Can you look at this before final.
