In my station account, I have 2,534,754/11,242,749
Funds for construction 325/8,719,447
Can I withdraw any of these funds (not that I need to) but when I start another station I might need them?
Should I keep an amount in there at all times?

Hi,
So ~8.7m is your account and 2.5M is your station trade account and 325 your station construction account. If you transfer all your player account to the station account, it will fill your station trade account fora total of 11,242,749Cr. (to say it clearly, the left number is your station account now, and the right number is the station account if you transfer all your money to the station)
As the station needs to buy stuff, it needs a minimal amount of cash in its account. The UI (station logical view) tells you how much it is recommended to let on the station account, every thing above, you can transfer it to your account! If you don't construct any more modules/turrets on your station, you can empty the construction account.
