No, I'm afraid that's not possible at the moment. There are a few things that would make that a little tricky to implement, so while it's a nice idea, I think it's unlikely it will be added, at least in the near future.

Could it be done in a similar way to the copy sequence command?
You could have the same command but instead of replicating a existing sequence it grabs details from a saved sequence maybe.
