Fleet suply question

I'm doing an Argon fleet suply mission asking for 3 Cerberus's with Piecon mods. Do the mods have to be applied to both main weapons or will one suffice?

Also asking for Beheomuth Vangusrd with Arg M flak turrets Mk1 and Arg M bolt turrets Mk 1
Does this mean that there has to be one of each on each of the turret mounts as there are two mounting points per turret?

Do y you have to equip the large turrets as well with a weapon as there is no flak or bolt option for the L turrets

Am asking as tried same mission before 3.0 came out and spent hours trying to deliver the ships but couldn't complete the mission.
