Ok, mission design kinda... sucks.

I started to understand which missions can be done, which mission can't, due to lack of any destination pointers.
Like: find a crashed ship, and no pointer on where it is. Or. Bring these foodstuffs to our stations in this system. No indication on where to drop, no buttons to deliver and so on.
Allright, I'm getting this.

But why missions don't stay active. Let's say. Kill Kha'ak ships in the sector. Why can't it stay active while other missions, that have pointers, can be too ?
And why does the current active mission deactivates after I set a guidance waypoint in space ?

So I was heading to the Xenon space. I had a mission to kill. However, after the setting the waypoint, "Foray into Xenon space" got deactivated.
Seen Xenon, closed travel mode. And I until I managed to select the damn mission to become active - because otherwise it doesn't register kills - I was killed.
Now this thing is abnormal.
