Can someone test this for x4 - amd new driver for hardware scheduling on new windows may 2020 update

New driver for 5600 and 5700 cards, hopefully older series like vega too and maybe 500 series later.

Wondering if it helps performance in x4 as suppose to help a tiny bit with cpu bound games.
