Wharf-type docks are empty!

Is it just me, or Wharves used to be more... Lively? I mean, I can chill around all day there but can barely see any NPCs.

Egosoft, please up the NPCs roaming around in wharf docks so they feel more like actual spaceports!

They've been empty since back in 3.1.
Although its not a spaceport, its more of a automated factory. Annoying though when you want to fill up your ships with handpicked crews.

yep, I'd appreciate some more roaming NPC's I rarely see any.

It is a bit odd there are no creatures, it feels lonely wandering around with no one to laugh at.

Don't the station NPCs get drafted to ships crews?
There have been a few times when buying ships I have got the message that the stations reserves would be depleted, so presumably the station has to repopulate more and more as demand for ships increases.
Station needs rabbits
