Satellites and NPC pilots

Post by Zygon2004 » Wed, 2. Dec 20, 06:07

If I do not have a satellite (or a trade license) for a particular area, will my NPC pilots stop trading there once the information runs out?

If they move around the sector they automatically renew the info. This means that they will keep trading with the stations they do now, while they will lose info on any other or the newly built...

There is an in game time limit as to how long a visited trade stations info is valid for, i believe it is a few gane hours. If you don't have a satellite or trade sub, a small fast ship with an order of revisit known trade stations will send him aroumd a sector renewing trade information to keep you current. As you get more ships, and they move aeound more, ant station they pass will get updated too.

Install the Trade Software on that ship. The information will last much longer than without the software.
