[4.0b4] Does a station have sell restrictions against the player?

Several stations don't want to sell stuff they make even I having 20+ rep. I checked their stock and they are almost full but this is as far as I can tell. This stations are near shipyards with up to 1 sector away and might be busy? I don't know if I can check their ships in their buy order. Well, at least there are other stations far away that are glad to sell.

Stock level doesn't mean it's avaliable for sale. Other factions might have ware reservations for these items. What does the Trade Offers amount show and is it red?

Check if those station have their docks. Sometimes because of an attack or because the station is being redesigned, the docks are lost/removed, and therefore, you cannot trade with the station until the docks are rebuilded.
