I am in the beta, but as I have a couple of mods I didnt want to post this there. I know L mineral miners never used to work in system, but I havent actually got around to landing on one in over a year and I just tried it in beta and none of the collector drones would launch. I wasnt piloting the ship I had a captain for that and was just watching it.
Is this working for others or is it still on the to do list? Like I said I have a couple of mods and a new game, but none of those impact mining.
Do L miners work in system now?

Can confirm it's working for me. Just went aboard one of my ice miners & watched it do a full cycle, from shooting a lump of ice & sending out drones, to those drones returning with fragments, docking, then heading out for more. All under AI control, I was just watching. Actually found it quite relaxing to watch it all going on, think I might hang around for a bit longer. Persecuting the Argon can wait for a while.
