Terraforming

I seem to have a problem getting the system to recognize the fact that I have a s/m fabrication bay built at my player hq.
What am I missing?

For starters are you sure its a fab and not a maint bay?

Yes it is fab, I also have maintenance as well

Ship Trader? Can you try building a ship there and see if it works?
No idea otherwise.

Yup got a ship trader as well and I did try to build a ship. Will not do it.

Are you saying you could not build a ship?

Yes I did say that however I thought I would try firing the trader and hiring another and now I can build ships.
The system does still say that I need to build s/m fab in the terraforming mission.

Weird. Not sure why then.
Perhaps it hasn't updated from previously.
