smart or nah 5.0 economy

Post by abisha1980 » Sun, 23. Jan 22, 20:51

I was thinking to remove production stations i own and build a few scrap refinery's around the galaxy (which i add auto miners) under the station (ore, silicon) for pushing NPC stations economy ahead
I personally find a player own station not worth the profits you gain very little in production by selling raw resources you make most money upfront
you wonder why add miners under a station, simple the UI having 10+ miners in your property list is just a pain if you put them under a station you have like 5 a 6 stations around the universe and total mining cover around the galaxy.

smart or nah, can't because whatever

Just selling raw resources doesn't work for very long. When the universe economy is just starting up you can make good profits but quite soon your miners will have nowhere to sell. If you intend to make profits then surely making products is more profitable.

But sounds like a fun experiment. You could just use the mimic command for sector mining and you have fleets not clogging up the UI. No need to build stations for your strategy.

the stations have a function also they scrap metal with tugs, i place them on conflict zones
scrap works
scrap recycler
scrap Teran recycler
M container
M solid container
1 Solar panel

i think you have the advantage with the station manager while your miners doing the raw resources

I don't think it works ATM, we need to wait for the next update.
