[Request] default response to Out of ammo

I make use of fighters with missile launchers as their only weapon. This results in the fighter fleeing when out of ammo before restocking at the fleet auxiliary.
The flee command can sometimes last for a while resulting in a much longer restock process mid battle. Would it be possible to add an optional response ' ignore' to a default response for ' out of ammo' such that the flee step is removed?

Side request:
I would also love it if ships would automatic resupply if there has been no combat after say 2 minutes.
