1.30 BUG Signal Sources Upside Down

In my game all the signal sources are upside down or clipping into the stations. None of the signal sources appear right-side up except the ones that are spawned for missions. All the signal sources on stations that are random spawn are clipping into the station and I can't activate them, even in the spacesuit. Sometimes I can find a way to clip through the station walls and get inside, and then I can activate them
