Bug: Selling Ship Equipment many many times - probably fixed in 2.0

If shipyard doesn't have resources like engine parts, you can sell ship's equipment, get payment, cancel order, sell again.

We have tried to reproduce this in the 2.0 Beta and been unable to do so, so presumably it has been fixed.
