[2.20] Modules being deconstructed show nonsense ware amounts - Fixed in 2.50 beta 2

Unmodified save running release 2.20 (current stable at the time of posting).

Due to the timing out mission bug (stated to be fixed next stable) a station build mission timed out forcing me to dismantle the nearly finished station and ship away the recycled parts before abandoning the plot. During deconstruction I observed that the ware value amounts for the modules being deconstructed in the build list were acting inversely proportional to the deconstruction percentage. This is only a visual bug as I was refunded a sensible number of parts at the end, however it is kind of nonsense to look at and certainly not useful to the player.

Here are images showing this behaviour at various percentages of deconstruction.

This is at 68%.

One would expect it to always show the amount of wares one will receive once deconstruction completes. Logically this value should be constant during the process.

Appears fixed in 2.50 B2. The negative ware amounts decrease as deconstruction progresses.
