[2.21] Ships wait for restocking even when selling deployables

1. Go to a Warf which missing resources
2. Tell ship to sell excess missiles, or even hire more service crew
3. Operation will still wait for Warf to restock stuff like "engine parts" to complete the order in point 2.

Win 10 x64 + Steam + no mods.

sounds more like you have a "queued order"...

try this

..on map view right click on your ship select "remove all orders" and try again.

No, the order like in point 2 will not start until the ward has enough resources. I tested that with deliveries. As soon as resources were delivered, my order would start the 1 minute countdown. It is a simple bug.
