Paranid Administrative Centre missing launch tubes - As designed.

From the way it looks, it's supposed to have 4 M tubes (one on each diagonal), each flanked by 6 S tubes, but 2 sides are missing S tubes entirely. (There are holes, but no actual launch tubes.)

The amount of s docks there is the intended one. We had all holes filled with s docks but these additional docks were deemed unbalanced, therefore removed.
The resulting holes were not filled as you reported.
I would consider this minor and just leave it as it is, as it does not cause any glitches or issues.
