Dear Egosoft
A problem occured with the game, at the loading screen it get's stuck (63%) and doesn't progress. What could be the solution?

Without any information we cannot really help you.
Do other saves work, did that one work before and what has happened since it stopped working, is your game updated, modified or changed since that save, have you verified your X4 gamefile cache very recently (if from Steam), etc, etc.
