[BUG REPORT? with savegames] Station went from 20 million to 50 million production requirements

Hi, I don't know if this is indeed a bug but it is an issue that I don't know how to solve. Actually, if I recall correctly, I had this even in X: Rebirth: I was having a nice station generating profit then I decided to build a few changes to it - in this case, I build a few new storage modules. No changes in production, subordinate ships or whatever; just the storage modules.
This was the station BEFORE adding the new modules:

Then, after my new storages modules were created (solid, liquid and container), I see that my manager suddenly asks FIFTY FREAKING MILLION to work instead of the already excessive 20 million! What is going on here? Maybe it is not related to my building the modules, but something else? But this hasn't happened in my whole game so far! As you can see, the overview says it's needed for production, not for building or restocking anything:

What am I doing wrong?

This happens with ship building too. If you wait a while, the price of ships you are building through the buy ships interface goes up by ~20%. Closing the interface and reopening it resets it to normal though.

Did you add more storage modules? If so then it needs more money due to having to have more wares in storage. The operating budget is basically 1:1 with the value of wares wanted in storage which is proportional to the amount of storage the station has.

My Warf/Shipyard has a massive 11 L storage modules and an operating budget of around 175M. It only needed 125M before adding the last 3.
