[2.21] NPC factions don't rebuild their carriers

In my game I see that main NPC factions don't deploy any carrier or they don't rebuild them.
I have fully supplied shipyard and blueprints yet they don't order them nor they build them in their shipyards (also fully supplied by me).

Here are my observations:
ARG - build and keep their carrier in Argon Prime, I witnessed they rebuild it in my game twice, but it seem to stay in Argon Prime.
ANT - to my knowledge doesn't use any carrier.
HOP - missing? destroyed?
PAR - missing? destroyed?
TEL - one carrier in Ianamus Zura, sometimes stroll to Xenon sector.
MIN - to my knowledge doesn't use any carrier.


Do you know the locations/exostence of the carriers that are missing in my game?

Has anyone investigated this? it is just my game or anyone else experience this?

you are not alone before 2.5 killed my game I had pretty much the same.
PAR did rebuild theirs My shipyard built a new one 3 times at least.
ANT --not
HOP -- not.
MIN -- Not
Teladi only had one and that never ventured far from the PHQ.
ARG got killed loads of times ventured to HAT1 and SCIIFP got killed in both those locations and never could work out where it got rebuilt.

ANT military was crap.
Then I started anew in 2.5 and ANT suddenly have a Nomad Sentinel 2 Behemoths and Cebererus and fighter escorts flying in SCIIFP ...wasnt there before the restart.

A few more Observations too since 2.5 restart
Loads of Invisible lockboxes 6 at least
ANT eqp dock spawned with an E-Cell attached.
And way way more stations in sectors on start up.

Has anyone of Dev managed to check/confirm this?
Does PAR and HOP doesn't exist in my save or they are somewhere at the edge of space?

Only some NPC factions have a carrier. HOP and ANT do not use carriers. PAR, ARG and TEL should own 1. I do not think MIN has a carrier.

No need for developers to confirm this. Look at libraries\jobs.xml. You will see that some factions do not have carrier jobs.

The PAR Zeus carrier in my 2.5 restart is borked .
Pre 2.5 it used to patrol PAR space with an attendant Oddy' Fleet backing it up...it still got wiped out by HOP but was always rebuilt.

In the new 2.5 start I eventually found it " Exploring " Pios mists XI now with 6 Oddy's and an atlas plus other S and M class ships , however because it is "Exploring " it may as well not exist in the game as it dosent respond or get involved in any combat at all , I watched a P fly through the formation take out a tethy's and then attack a station..the fleet flew past

This is the same as the Teladi Condor ..thats " Exploring " Eighteen Billion..on its own no fleet.

Before 2.5 ARG and ANT Military were absolutley Useless now they are fixed and working ( apart from the Nomads )
Befrore 2.5 PAR military was working now its completely useless
Teladi I dont think has ever worked.
Although HOP like action in the border sectors they are crap at Xenon defense....5k's and an I and all Oddy's fly past and head to border sectors to make war with the neighbours ignoring Xenon.

Work also got done on the Northern Xenon sector..it has way more stations than the others (different types of defense stations)

Hopefully The Pre 2.5 PAR military will get added back and the Northern Xenon work will get added to the others.

But STILL there exist the idestructable NPC suicide asteroids and XXXXX stations..at the very least they should put a timer on those attacks so they should give up and fly away instead of pounding sand

Has any developer manage to take a look at this? Will I ever solve the mystery of missing PAR carrier?
