[X4 2.50] Argon Prime Shipyard not recovering from Hack

Greetings,

The Argon large shipyard in Argon prime seems to be very vulnerable to the Construction Line hack. A station under this condition will lose all its trade offers for a period of time. The reference I've found for this hack indicates that it should least about 4 in game hours. However, the trade offers have not returned to the Argon Prime shipyard after 1.5 in game days. No ships can be built and the station population is dropping rapidly. I don't know if the state is very long or if it is a locked case but no change was observed for the 1.5 game day timespan displayed in the station's logistics plot of trade offers.

Steps to reproduce:

Load this initial save which is the earliest case I have where the station was not compromised already.

You load in the Argon Prime Shipyard's engineering section.

1. Go to the back wall on the left and hack the "Construction Line Panel"
2. Pause a few minutes
3. Open your map and notice the trade orders are gone for the Argon Shipyard in Argon Prime

From here, I attempted to wait out the hacking timer and this save occurs much later (about 1.5 in game days). I am at a loss on how to fix this. Any help would be most appreciated.
