stuck at helm of boarded ship

Anyone else experience this?
When taking the helm of a (just) boarded/captured Behemoth Vanguard there's no ship menu or other menu's, so no option to teleport either (so basically glued to the chair).
Of course it's no problem to assign a marine to pilot the ship, but I think it should be possible to fly a boarded ship.

Are you able to get up at all or even save the game?

I don't know how you can get up without a ship menu to choose that action, I'll check/create a shortcut next time.
I didn't save as the situation wasn't good.
I did reload a save (while boarding) without problems and assigned a marine to pilot afterwards.
I'm having trouble with another pirate behemoth in True Sight. I'll board that one and see if this happens again.

CTRL + D will get you up from a pilot seat.
