HI
Just bought X4 and I'm having problems with the map. The map constantly drifts and is off screen. I cannot zoom in at all as it goes off screen to the left.
I read about turning off gamepad mode I think it was, this did help a bit.
I'm using a Thrustmaster HOTAS Warthog.
Any ideas on a fix for this. Thanks.
Regards
Allan

Calibrate your stick and also check for suitable deadzones and maybe even stuck buttons/inputs. These suggested settings from the Known Issues Sticky on this forum may help:
Joystick in-game options
Try these options to improve stick gameplay:
- Adjust the dead zones 5 %
- Gamepad mode OFF
- Confine mouse to window ON
- Adaptative steering ON
- Bidirectional throttle ON

Hi Alan thanks for the info i only just saw your reply.
I found the problem it was my Thrustmaster TFRP T.Flight Rudder pedals. Once I disconnected them all was OK.
Pity because they were great for the Yaw of the ships. I have mapped Yaw to one of the Hat switches on my HOTAS.

I found a fix however it's not a great one, and that is to disconnect my Rudder Pedals.
