Bug - trading with unknown station

That should be an accessible save file.

The M trader in Ianumus Zura IV, subordinated to a station, is trading with a station I have no knowledge of. I'm not sure if I caught the save in time (I only looked because I wondered why his cargo was a few hundred e-cells) but either way the existence of that station was unknown to me, and he ordered a trade with it regardless.

You'll notice that Ianumus Zura IV is on my (civilian, not that I have any military yet) sector travel blacklist. Prior to me noticing his errant behaviour I had a sector travel ban set up, post noticing I added the trade / sector activities / whatever it is ban as well - I'm not sure if this was caught in the save.

From where I'm sat it "feels" like when miners go off to mine areas you've not uncovered and haven't dropped resource probes over. Some of these agents have knowledge that I don't have.
