[2.50, minor] Joining guild mission disappears

When you land on a guild HQ, i.e. the Eq. Dock in Antigone, etc., you're offered to visit the guildmaster to join. You get a mission and guidance. The mission completes once you reach the guildmaster though, and, if at that point you don't have enough funds to join, you don't get the mission back. It's a minor issue to be sure, but still, there it is.
