[Bug] Pilots not leaving the chair/not leaving the cockpit

As title says often pilots don't leave the chair so I can not control the ship. This happens quite often even with version beta 3.0 (and 2.6).

Another problem is that often the leaving pilots don't go into their cabin but stay in the cockpit. I once had a leg all the time in front of me because the pilot was somehow flying in the air in front of me.

I haven't seen that in extensive play in 2.60 vanilla. Is your game modded? If not, would you please say what ship ID and type and link a vanilla save that demonstrates the issue.

It happened to me in my eclipse version 3.0 beta, I had gone out to repair the ship and I had attacked a capital ship between quickly in the ship and did not let me take control. In information of the ship said mission escape.
