In my opinion, the x-series engine, including x4, "synchronizes" the refresh rate of the screen with the "refresh rate of the AI".
Here we can conclude that deep modernization of the game engine, moving to a new engine (ue4 or CryEngine), or buying a 10 gigahertz processor will help in this problem
