how to change language - Explained.

Hello, I'v play with 2.60 version of the game (not modified) and I'd like to change the language.
I'm playing with a French version and i would like to have everything in English. My language preference in Steam is English. However , everything is still written in French in the game.

On Steam, right click on X4, then properties.
You'll find a tab named Language.
