[3.0] Dal Busta won't speak to me to start the split plotlines - Resolved by save/restart(?)/reload - Fix coming.
I've finished the HAT plot that came with 3.0.
Dal Busta asked me to speak to him in person about the split families.
When I talk to him he just says "how's it going" and doesn't offer any missions.
Win 10 74 Bit

Rolling back to the non-beta 3.0 fixed it.

So you were on 3.0 HotFix 1 then?
Most probably it was effectively just a reinstall of the game that fixed your issue.

Nope, it's just a save and restart. What just happened to me:
- Dal asked me to visit him about the Split, then immediately
- asked me to visit him about the Paranid
- I talked to him and he pointed me along the Paranid quest line
- he had no further dialogue, just "how's it going?"
However, once I reloaded the game (not sure if reloading just the save without quitting would do), he now has a new dialogue option about the Split.

Please load this save. You will see Dal already told me to come talk to him about Split Politics, but he won't discuss anything if you talk to him. There's just an entry for Paranid that is disabled. Please help! Thanks!

I loaded the savegame and got Dal's dialog options: "Paranid Civil War" (grayed out / conditions not met), "The Split connection" and "back"tomchk wrote: ↑Mon, 6. Apr 20, 07:42Please load this save. Can you confirm that when you load that savegame you don't get split-option ( in which case it is a different problem as what is reported by the other posters in this thread ).
Or did you not get it initially, and when loading the savegame the option appears?

The issue of needing to load first to be able to get the 'split' conversation option (possibly after Dal asked on the monitor, and the player said 'not interested') will be fixed in one of the upcoming builds.
