[3.0] Property list doesn't show if clicked while on Information/Alerts panel - Fix in a future build.

1. Load this save.
2. Open map and property list
3. Right-click a player asset in the list and pick "Information"
4. Click the rightmost tab in information (the whistle icon)
5. Click on the Property button to try and open the property list again. It wouldn't open. If it does (sometimes it does), repeat with some other asset until it doesn't.
