[3.2] Passenger transport missions - Devs on the case.

Passenger transport missions change their docking mission destination if a ship docks to the sattion ti is docked at rather than the ship itself. This causes a loss of autopilot.

TO REPRODUCE
Pickup a passenger, the ship you are intended to dock at to transfer the passenger docks at at a station, the mission target changes to the station.

A savegame would be much more useful than a brief description of how to reproduce it, which might be missing small but important details and result in a lot of wasted time trying to see what you're seeing. :)

Mission target will dock in about 5 seconds and lose both autopilot and the 'target' as it becomes part of the station.

Thanks for the save, we are able to reproduce it and will investigate.
Note that it's unlikely we'll have a fix for this in time for 3.30, so expect it in a future version.
