[3.2] Shipyard undocking - construction before I have left

Just tried to exit from a Shipyard. I was sitting there taking up their valuable time for building for a while (im sorry shipyard but I was busy reading patch notes).

As soon as I click to undock a ship is instantly started construction on top of me. I feel violated in so many ways! I WAS INSIDE HIM!

Can there not be a forced ejection if there is a construction queue rather than just slapping it ontop of me?
