[3.3] Can't open "Active Missions" tab

My game was going fine for about 6 hours, and all of a sudden I can't open the active missions tab. Tried reloading my most recent save, tried reloading a save prior to that, tried restarting the game....no luck. Never had this issue prior to 3.3.
