"Phantom" Lockbox

As the title says I got a mission to retrieve 2 lockboxes. Going to the area I could only find one. Appeared as a Yellow question mark at the scan and when I got closer it did not identify as a lockbox, remained "unknown item" even at 100 m distance and totally invisible.
