Hi, just noticed that shield recharge delay is not shown in encyclopedia entry and/or in ship outfitting menu, but for many players its important parameter.
The only way to see it currently is in modding menu when you upgrade your shields to decrease recharge delay.

Recharge delay was added to the encyclopedia in the 4.00 Beta. In an upcoming build the recharge and delay info will also be added to the ship configuration and ship comparison menus.
