"Suspicious Split" mission bug -Bau t'Gnt no choice for talking

Hello
I'm at the "Suspicious Split" mission and I talk to Bau t'Gnt this guy but I have only one choice to choose --"6. good bye.". The mission cant move on and then stop here. Is it a bug or something? I am running the game with DLC and updated the latest 3.30 patches

Without a link to a vanilla save showing the issue, the devs will not have time to investigate.

And you have a S ship docked and could transport him?

Yes I tried different types of S ship and also leaving space for this guy.
