Incarcatura Sentinel with repeat orders does not buy wares at defined price with stations which offer a ware at that price. I can’t confirm if this bug is related to other ships - I tried this on one other ship type and all was fine.
How to repeat example: Station offers Hull Parts at price 190.19Cr (5837 items). I defined a repeat buy order to buy 10 Hull Parts (ship is empty) with a max price 192Cr (so I was willing to pay more than a price at the station and I had enough money in my account to buy). Ship just flies to that station and does nothing. When I increased my buying price at that station to 202Cr - still no luck (waited a moment), then I increased my buying max price to 212Cr and order was processed - so for some reason my max buying price has to be higher (why/by what?) than the selling price of a station I was ordering a ware from.

I defined two new orders for ship Inca S1:
1st)
Buy 10xclaytronic for 1940Cr at Teladi Trading Station/Hewa's Twin I. Prices I checked 1950, 1980, 2000 - they are not working. It worked when I changed it to 2040Cr.
Station price 1938Cr, total amount 3125
2nd)
Buy 10xclaytronic for 2190Cr at Teladi Claytronics Factory I/Hewa's Twin III. Station price 2157Cr, total amount 546

I also noticed that one station is selling products with a price lower than its Minimum price. See below screenshot, Quantum tubes for 201Cr while its min price is 225 according to a trade window. Maybe this bug is somehow related to above? Should I open a new post for it?

The problem turned out to be that the ship wasn't taking into account your discounts with the faction it's trading with when it was looking for trades, so your ship wasn't finding them with the lower price you set. We've fixed this for a future update; thanks for helping us solve this!
