Comepletly unresponsive game (worked around)

I've had an issue where the game would completely freeze and become unresponsive without crashing some time ago. It never happened since then, but I thought that providing a save might be helpful.

Save with this issue:

Game version is the one that was latest on the day the save was uploaded, I think it was April 9.

Game froze every time after rolling a ship mod on a workbench a few times.
Leaving the sector fixed it.
