[4.0 HF3] Station expansion hanged.
I have expanded my TS1 Trading Station by a dock. Ships delivering wares are idling with wares for a long time. They all are sitting by the station trying probably to dock but for some reason they can't - see orders for one of my ships delivering building wares (Trader [FST] Boa).
I restarted game but this did not help - please advise.

Edit 1: After a few hours the dock was completed however two ships are still trying to deliver build wares to that station and they are idling by the station for no reason - there is nothing being built. I can cancel order for my ship but a ship not owned by me will be waiting in a queue still - I find no way to cancel that 'ware reservation'. Based on what happen, it will 'time out' after some time probably(?)
I believe there is some BUG related to the issue I described. Please investigate this issue. If you want me to provide new save with current stage or anything else, please let me know. Thanks.

Edit 2: I was not aware that 'Construction Plan Status' (screenshot above) does not show modules weapons change - so it looks like some weapons changes on modules are not being completed:

Hi, sorry for the delay. There are two Demeter's docked at the build storage, which are blocking the other ships from docking. If you tell them to fly somewhere else then the other ships will be able to dock. This is a bug and will be fixed as they shouldn't have stayed there after delivering those resources.

Note, this is due to them having the Hold Position default order, and the Boa will do the same thing, so watch out for that.
