[MOD] Developer/Unlocked Gamestarts

This file include gamestarts that were originally part of the game for developer tests.

This also exposes the starts that are normally achievement locked.

Usage:
1.) Open Steamapps/common/X4 Foundations/
2.) create 'extensions' folder if it does not exist.
3.) Extract devstarts.zip into the extensions folder.

NOTE:
Some starts will not do as their description says. This is not an error and is probably because the developers were running low on time when pushing the release and just fast-edited, but forgot to remove the starts. A safe one is Testbed 1.

This will only work until they actually remove their definitions for these gamestarts.

Thanks for the below, however the Entrepreneur start doesn't show in the list i get

Makes all games a **Modded** Game, meaning no steam achievements, back up your non modded saves before you do this
and remove the extensions folder before you try to play an un-modded game

previous X games have had a registry entry that enabled additional starts that made them valid and not modded games hopefully they release some in the future

i would love to see some of the TC & AP starts come into the game along with unlocking more of the gate network

I enabled the gamestarts, but actually editing them is much trickier.

Game starts have all the stuff they give laid out in the game_starts xml that comes with the mod. Suggest you look in there.
