[MOD Request] Trigger condition visual queue for major in-game events

Can someone look into creating some kind of visual notification system, some billboard or something that would notify a player about the real events that going on in game. I bet that wars trigger based on some condition in the script. What if you put a visual queue into that condition, to display an info on some board, or in the worst case somewhere in the screen corner, that war is starting, or plug into the station condition script, before it blows up and disappears from the game, same info queue that this and there was destroyed by the this and that faction. No need for every little ship, but for stations, starting of the war advance, etc...
