Mod Request [Automatic Mining Beam?]

Is there any mods that anyone knows of. Or is working on currently that allows you to point at an asteroid. Beam it and have the ore kind of like Auto tractor beamed into your inventory? Flying around looting little things after shooting the rocks makes me feel like im not mining but playing some kind of looting arcade thing..
