[MOD][V 1.00] Improved (Bigger) Fleets

About

NPC fleets are very small and do not have enough fighters to cover their L and XL ships. This mod increases these fleets fighter and medium ship head counts to help fix this problem.

does it work for xenon too?
Fixed ships getting spawned away from ship configuration menu at resupply ships from automatically getting deployables.

Works on existing games.

For the Xenon buffs small and medium escort numbers.

Thank you for the mod. Could you make a version where only xenon numbers increased? Right now I feel if I increased all races it would hit my fps hard. In my current games the xenon are loosing also
