Command for ships to attack surface elements only?

A followup to a request of mine.

Would it be possible to create a mod that gives a command to attack turrets/engines/etc ONLY ?

Capturing large ships is pain via the boarding command. More so when trying to move about your large ship around the enemy. I'd rather have a fighter-swarm to "clean up" the turrets first.
