Anyone figured out which mods may cause NPC's to disappear from stations?

Just wondering if any of you using mods have come across any known mods that cause NPC's to disappear from stations completely?

I have a second machine with the game that I install mods to play with, mostly more ship designs etc... But after playing for a while, all the NPC's disappear from all stations except for the primary NPC's needed for missions. But any and all random NPC's just disappear.

And it is not my system...

i9-9900k w/ 48gb ram + 32gb intel optane cache
4 x m.2 SSD's
RTX 2070
Tobii 5 Eye/Head tracker
x56Rhino HOTAS
Asus Strix RAID DLX 7.1 Surround

Windows 10 running 3840x2160 UHD 4k Max graphics but with chromatic aberration OFF, blur OFF, bloom LOW.

This is a vanilla bug, you don't need of any mod installed to happen.

I know but I am trying to find a repro for the DEVS. I see that some mods bring this problem on rather quickly but I am trying to isolate one or two that do it absolutely so they can see this happen within minutes instead of having to play a game for hours.

I can get it to repro in a non modded game but I have to have played for hours, opened up all sectors, dropped enough SATS so that the map shows a whole lot of activity and get the games memory load up to anything past 10gb memory in use.. and then it occurs... It would be nice to find one of the mods that causes it a lot quicker.
