Help bayamon dae
hello.
I am using this mod, https://www.nexusmods.com/x4foundations/mods/156.
and I want to add some more shields to the bayamon ship. I know how to do it approximately. however, I ran into a problem, in blender the ship model does not look the same as in the game, and when I add the coordinates where the shield will stand, in the game itself it is in a different place, not where I installed it.
Blender-Module-Drag-and-Drop I am using the latest version, blender tried the new version and the old 2.79.
maybe this is a problem due to the fact that my 3d model is not displayed correctly in blender?

Re: Help bayamon dae
I work in Blender 2.8 and I never had this problem. Check BrumBear's guide, I think there is something about switching to another coordinate system. Or you can ask some help in Discord x4_modding channel, me or somebody else can help you with coordinates.
Re: Help bayamon dae
"A ship mod" is outdated and no longer supported. Use "Rise of the Ossean Raider" instead.

Re: Help bayamon dae
Did you import teh whole scene, or just the ship-model?
I dont have any expiriences in X4,yet, but of course the ship model itself can be "moved" in the scene.
I mean the position may not be 0,0,0
For me it looks like the mesh itself has a positiv z coordinate like 0,0,500 or so.

yes, I already guessed and I did it. these coordinates were different for each component.|K.O.S.H. wrote: ↑Tue, 16. Feb 21, 11:39Did you import teh whole scene, or just the ship-model?
